Section 1

Introduction & General Overview

bdru is an online gaming and entertainment platform serving adult users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdru ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member").

bdru provides services through its website, mobile interface, or any other channel. These Terms apply to all bdru services, bonus offers, promotional activities, and gaming activities.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you have accepted the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

bdru may request identity documents or relevant proof at any time for age verification. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and the associated balance will be forfeited.

Section 3

Account Registration & Management

A personal account is required to access bdru's full services. You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Each individual may operate only one account.

Important account rules:

• A person may not create more than one account — this is strictly prohibited.
• Account login details (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
• Creating an account in another person's name or identity is not allowed.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the bdru support team immediately.

bdru reserves the right to suspend or close any account — particularly in cases of fraud, deception, or breach of these Terms.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

bdru processes financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 — for each payment method.
• You must use your own registered mobile banking account when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your balance will not be credited until the deposit amount is properly confirmed.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own registered mobile banking account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• bdru may delay or suspend a withdrawal if verification has not been completed.

bdru reserves the right to investigate an account if suspicious transactions or money laundering is suspected.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotion Terms

bdru offers its members various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to bonus usage:

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

• The bonus applies once only — one welcome bonus per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• bdru reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus fraud or misuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Each promotion may have a set expiry period — if the requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.

Section 6

Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

All games on the bdru platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We are committed to ensuring fair play.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — no result is predetermined.
• Each game has its own rules and payout structure.
• If a game result is affected by a software error, technical issue, or disconnection, bdru reserves the right to make a final determination.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, bdru's decision is final.
• The use of fraudulent software, bots, or automated tools is strictly prohibited.

Sports Betting

bdru offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. For sports betting:

• Odds set by bdru may change at any time.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded — subject to specific rules.
• Winnings will not be released until the match result is confirmed.
• Any bet connected to match fixing or other illegal activity will be cancelled and forfeited.

Section 7

VIP Program & Cashback

bdru has a four-tier VIP program for its loyal members. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on your activity on the platform. The conditions and amounts for earning cashback may change at bdru's discretion. VIP benefits will be revoked if any fraudulent activity is detected.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

bdru places responsible gaming as its highest priority. Our platform is for entertainment — not as a guaranteed means of earning money.

• Bet within your financial limits — only wager an amount whose loss would not affect your daily life.
• Never use gaming as a way to cope with stress or sadness.
• If in doubt, take a break — bdru offers a self-exclusion facility.
• Talk openly with family or friends about your gaming habits.
• If gaming is having a negative impact on your daily life, contact bdru support immediately.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdru platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Misusing or deliberately manipulating the bonus system.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping them use the platform.
• Any activity that damages bdru's reputation.

In the case of prohibited activities, bdru reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the entire balance without prior notice.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

bdru is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet connectivity issues or device-related problems.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Misuse of your account information by an unauthorised third party due to your own negligence.

bdru provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. However, we always strive to improve service quality.

Section 12

Account Closure & Termination

You can request to close your account at any time through bdru support. Before closing your account, please make sure that:

• All active bets have been settled.
• Your balance is zero or a withdrawal has been completed (subject to wagering requirements).

bdru may close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

Section 13

Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content on the bdru platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, interfaces — is protected by the intellectual property rights of bdru or its licensors.

• No content may be republished, sold, or distributed without our permission.
• Use of bdru's logo or brand identity without authorization is prohibited.
• Any attempt to reverse engineer or modify any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous

bdru reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify members wherever possible. If you continue to use the platform after the changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions.

• If any part of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, the remaining parts will remain in force.
• Any delay by bdru in enforcing a term will not be considered a waiver of that right.
• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and bdru.
